Mountain Gate West in Surprise, Arizona is another mixed-use community comprised of select retail parcels and commercial/flex condominiums offered FOR SALE by Hamilton Vance Partners. 

The project is strategically located at the south Gateway to the City of Surprise,  3½ miles from the new  Loop 303 Freeway, just northwest of metropolitan Phoenix.  Named #1 in the nation for job growth, Phoenix is home to Phoenix Suns basketball, Arizona Diamondbacks baseball, and Arizona Cardinals football.  Surprise, ranked as one of the safest cities in the Valley, was selected to be spring training home for the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals.  The city also boasts an impressive array of sports and recreational venues for everyone to enjoy.
